BSPS AREA 17

p to datenews from BSPS A

Members Success!

BSPS AREA 17 MEMBERS SUCCESS 2019.

Congratulations to all of our members for a fabulous 2019. We welcome any stories so please send them to us as we would love to post them. Well done to you all!!

Alice Mackaness and her pony Archie have had a very busy 2019.

Archie only had one pole in his whole BSPS season! Alice would definitely say highlights would be coming second at Windsor and getting their RI ticket, jumping clear at the RI and also in the Dessie. Aside from the nurseries, this year Alice jumped her first Open Restricted 133 courses. The more challenging the course, the more Archie seems to enjoy himself!

Outside of BSPS, they have been busy with the Pony Club. Alice and Archie jumped a triple clear to qualify for the Regional Showjumping finals but were unable to compete because it was the same day as the Dessie at the Champs. They have also continued to enjoy representing Spratton at school competitions, and last month qualified for the NSEA eventer trial championships next year at Hickstead.

Alice was recently announced as one of Jollytots Equeatrian’s sponsored riders, which is a great thrill.

Well done Alice 🏅

Chloe and Emily Spencer have had a wonderful summer with their ponies Daioni and Lily. They have been busy taking them to the beach, Pony Club eventing, SJ, Hunting and on an Easter Egg ride. We hope you got lots of chocolate!!!

A highlight for their parents was when Chloe jumped beyond her yeas in the Golden Anniversary Heritage 122 WHP class to come 5th. A rosette that is treasured.

Emily has won the Grafton mini ODE and the Pytchley Pony club points. Emily is now enjoying Hunting off the lead rein and competing in Cradle steaks.

Talented sister enjoying their ponies who are very much part of the family. Well done girls and defiantly following your parents footsteps with your love of jumping and ponies.

Heritage Champs 2019

Well done to all our members who braved the bad weather for the Heritage champs. There were some great results in awful conditions. Next year nicer weather please!!
